🍪 HOW SHIPPING & PICKUPS WORK – FATHER’S DAY PRE-ORDERS 💙

📦 Pre-Order Shipping:

We’re sending out all Father’s Day pre-orders to arrive between 9–13 June 2025 – just in time to surprise Dad! 🎁

Here’s how shipping will roll out:

• 🚚 Outlying areas: Parcels go out on 6 June

• 🚛 All areas except Western Cape: Parcels go out 9–10 June

• 🚐 Western Cape areas: Parcels go out 10–11 June

We work super hard to get your goodies to you on time, but please remember: we use a third-party courier and unfortunately, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. 📬

As soon as your parcel is collected, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its cookie-filled journey 🍪📦 Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, but couriers may give themselves a little wiggle room.

⚠️ Important: Bob Box deliveries take a bit longer—we don’t recommend this option if timing is tight.

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!
