Orders placed from this point forward may not arrive before Easter Weekend due to high order volumes, public holidays, and courier timelines.

🚚 We will be couriering until Wednesday, 1 April, after which we will only resume processing & dispatching from 7 April.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

Please allow:
• 1–3 business days for processing
• 1–5 business days for courier delivery

We will be closed over the Easter long weekend to celebrate and give our team a well-deserved break 🐰✨

Pick-ups will also only commence after the Easter Weekend.

You have 7 days from your first collection email to collect your box.

This ensures optimal freshness and the best cookie experience 🍪

Uncollected boxes will be donated, and unfortunately no refunds can be issued.

❄️ STORAGE TIP

If your box arrives earlier than expected, simply pop it into the freezer.

Take it out one day before enjoying, let it defrost in a cool space… and enjoy 🩵🍪

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!
