Storage Tip

If your box arrives sooner than expected, simply place it in the freezer.
Remove it one day before you want to enjoy it, keep it in a cool room, and enjoy.

Pre-Order Dispatch Dates

Our Valentine’s box has an option to be pre-ordered for Valentine’s day.
Courier dispatch will take place during:

• 6-12 February 2026

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier.

Please note: couriers might experience high volumes during this period of love😉, which may result in delays — especially in grey or outlying areas. For the most reliable delivery, we recommend selecting Express Courier.

Immediate Delivery:
You’ll receive an email as soon as your box has been dispatched. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 1-7 days for courier.

Pick-Up Dates (Durbanville Warehouse)

Pre-orders:
Collection will be available at our Durbanville warehouse on 13 & 14 February.
If you need to collect on another day within that week, please email [email protected] and we’ll gladly try to assist where possible.

Immediate Pick up:
You’ll receive an email as soon as your box is ready for collection.

You have 7 days to collect your box from the date of the first collection email. This ensures freshness and the best experience.
Uncollected boxes will be donated, and unfortunately no refunds can be issued as the product will have been lost.

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!

Please note some of our cookies contain nuts. All cookies are made in a kitchen where we work with nuts. All our cookies contain gluten.

When will my Valentine’s Box ship?

Pre-orders:
Your box will be dispatched during the week of 6–12 February. Please note that we ship according to location — starting with outlying areas and moving closer to Cape Town.

Immediate delivery:
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 1–5 business days for delivery.

When can I collect?

What if my box arrives early?

Freeze it! ❄️
Remove it from the freezer one day before you’d like to enjoy it and store it in a cool room.

Will couriers be delayed?

Possibly. Special occasions come with higher delivery volumes.
For the safest option, we recommend Express Courier.
We also suggest avoiding Bob Box, as it may cause delays.

Who do I contact about delivery?

Once your parcel has been collected, all tracking and delivery queries should be directed to the courier company, as they have the most up-to-date information.
We’ll always help where possible, but kindly ask that you contact the courier first.
