🚚 SHIPPING:
We bake our Cookies fresh on the day we ship them! Please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch and 1-7 business days for delivery (Postage times vary depending on your location and courier company). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the courier company collects it. Please contact them first if you have any queries. We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Please note, we use an external courier service. Unfortunately we have no control over their services. If you live in a GREY area, it does take much longer for the cookies to get to you.
(Please note that during high seasons, your order might take a little bit longer to process as we have lots of orders to get through. We really appreciate your support and patience with us!)
📍 PICK UP:
If you have opted to collect your cookies from our studio in Durbanville, you will receive an email as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection. (Please give 1-3 days for your order and 1-5 days during peak seasons.)
🍪 HOW TO ENJOY YOUR COOKIES:
We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!

I must say these cookies are worth the hype! – i am absolutely obsessed! If i had to pick a fave i would say the Red Velvet cookie is my top pick but i couldn’t get enough of each flavour!

Mondvol has the most original flavours & the most delicious & full biscuits. It is huge no 1 & real value for momey and 2) has the best fillings (like proper chocolate (Lindt) & the list of other biscuit and fillings combinations that her brilliant brain designs all the time, is incredible. I have an auto immune disease so I don’t eat sugar, gluten or dairy but will make an exception ONLY if the product is as excellent as Mondvol’ beautiful creations. I freeze it and warm it for my lovely treat when I feel like something delicious.

The size of the cookies are wow (I could only finish 1/2 at a time and saved the other 1/2 for later, which means I can gave again later).
Let’s talk about flavors…Yum! Yum! Yum! They are all delicious and scrumptious and so indulging, when I got my box, I could not resist and had to open each one and tried each flavor. My least favorite was the red velvet because I didn’t get the cream cheese flavor in the middle, was too sweet 😔, but as for the rest of
them, all between a 9.5 and 9.8 out of 10 with my favorites being the peppermint crisp and melktert. FYI, putting the
cookies in the airfryer for 3 to 5min makes them so gooey and warm and deliciously yummy, with a cup of cold milk
to finish off the mondvol moment experience…but hey, we all have our different obsessions…this one was mine 😇.

The Classic Cookie Box was the first box my daughter and I ordered and it was amazing. The Peppermint Crisp was our favourite. Last week I received the Pink Box and FaceTimed my daughter who is now studying in Switzerland, while I tried all the new flavours. I cut the cookies in half and froze them for her to try when she returns in December. They were all good but the Strawberry Shortcake was my favourite!
