🚚🍪 SHIPPING & COLLECTION INFORMATION

Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for processing
• 1–5 business days for courier delivery

📍 NORMAL COLLECTION ORDERS

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection ✨

🚀 Express Shipping

If you’re feeling anxious about timing or live in an outlying area, we recommend selecting Express Shipping.

Delivery: 1–3 business days 🚚
Please note: this does not speed up baking or processing 😉

👉 We also recommend not selecting BobBox, as they tend to have the longest lead times.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your parcel has been collected, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

💡 Important:
Dispatch means your parcel has been collected by the courier — not delivered.

We use external courier partners, so delivery times may vary — especially in outlying or grey areas. During peak periods, slight delays may occur.

For any delivery-related queries, please contact the courier directly.

⚠️ Collection Policy
You have 7 days from your first collection email to collect your box.
This ensures optimal freshness and the best cookie experience 🍪

Uncollected boxes will be donated, and unfortunately no refunds can be issued.

❄️ STORAGE TIP

If your box arrives earlier than expected:

• Pop it into the freezer ❄️
• Remove one day before enjoying
• Let it defrost in a cool space

🩵 IMPORTANT NOTES

• We use external courier services — delivery times may vary
• Once dispatched, all tracking queries must be handled with the courier
• Delays during peak periods are possible and beyond our control

Thank you so much for your patience and support — we can’t wait for all the top tier dads to experience this box 🫶🍪✨

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies:

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!

🥜 ALLERGENS:

PLEASE NOTE:

Please note some of our cookies contain nuts. All cookies are made in a kitchen where we work with nuts. All our cookies contain gluten.
