1. Pre-Order Policy 🛒
1.1. The Mondvol Cookie Boxes (“the Product”) are available on right away or on a pre-order basis
1.2. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
1.3. Pre-orders are only confirmed once successful payment has been received.
2. Dispatch & Delivery 🚚
2.1 Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before being handed over to our courier partners. During peak periods (such as new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note that orders placed after 08:00 on a Thursday will only be processed the following week, as we do not dispatch courier orders on a Friday 🍪
Standard shipping: 2 – 5 business days
Express shipping: 1 – 3 business days
Bob Box: Please note that Bob Box deliveries take the longest to deliver.
2.2 Pre-orders:
Courier dispatch will take place during the following windows:
- Right away: As soon as cookies are ready
- Pre-Orders Dispatch: As per dates chosen
2.3. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier 📧
2.4. All delivery timelines are estimates and can’t be guaranteed.
2.5. Please note that weather conditions, or regional courier constraints may cause delays
2.6. Mondvol (Pty) Ltd works with trusted third-party couriers and can’t be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or extended transit times once parcels are with the courier.
2.7. Customers in outlying or grey areas may experience longer delivery times.
2.8. For the smoothest and most reliable delivery experience, we highly recommend selecting Express Courier at checkout ✨
BobBox / Locker Deliveries
Please note that Bob Box deliveries take the longest to deliver.
Please note that for all BobBox (locker) deliveries, any parcels that are not collected within the courier’s allocated timeframe will be returned to us in line with the courier’s policy.
Should you wish for the order to be sent out again, a new shipping fee will apply 📦
3. Risk & Liability ⚠️
3.1. Ownership and risk of the Product transfer to the customer once the parcel is collected by the courier.
3.2. Mondvol (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels in transit
- Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
3.3. Any delivery-related queries or claims should be taken up directly with the courier using your tracking number.
4. Storage & Quality Assurance ❄️🍪
4.1. If your box arrives earlier than intended, we strongly recommend placing the unopened box in the freezer.
4.2. Remove the box from the freezer 24 hours before enjoying and store it in a cool room.
4.3. Mondvol can’t be held liable for quality issues caused by incorrect storage, not freezing early arrivals, or exposure to heat.
5. Collection Policy (Durbanville Warehouse) 📍
5.1. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection 💌
5.2. Please bring your order number when collecting.
5.3. Orders must be collected within the allocated window. (7 days from selected date) If Cookies are not collected after 7days they will be given away to the underprivileged.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations 🔄
6.1. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
6.2. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and remain at the sole discretion of Mondvol (Pty) Ltd.
6.3. Refunds won’t be issued for courier delays, courier-related issues, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
6.4. Pre-order cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may be declined.
6.5 If there are any issues with your order, you must please contact us and provide sufficient evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

7.1. All cookies are baked fresh just before dispatch or collection.
7.2. Ingredient lists, allergen information, and storage instructions are provided on the packaging and/or our website.
7.3. As our cookies are handmade with lots of love, slight variations in colour, shape, or texture may occur 🤍
