Once your parcel has been collected, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
For any delivery-related queries, please contact the courier service directly.

We ship Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 8:00am on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

If you’ve selected warehouse collection, you will receive an email as soon as your order is packed and ready.

Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for preparation
• 1–5 business days during peak season

You have 7 days from the date of your first collection email to collect your box.

This ensures optimal freshness and the best cookie experience.

Uncollected boxes will be donated, and unfortunately no refunds can be issued, as the product will have been lost.

❄️ STORAGE TIP

If your box arrives sooner than expected, simply place it in the freezer.

Remove it one day before you’d like to enjoy it.
Keep it in a cool room and enjoy 🩵🍪

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!
