Immediate dispatch:

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing on our side and 1 – 5 business days for the courier partner to deliver.

You’ll receive a Dispatch (Completed) email as soon as your order is on its way.

We will begin dispatching boxes based on your area:
• Outlying areas: 26–27 March
• All areas (excluding Western Cape): 30–31 March
• Western Cape: 31 March – 1 April

⚠️ Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery before Easter, but we will absolutely try our best.

If you’re feeling anxious about timing or live in an outlying area, we highly recommend choosing EXPRESS shipping. But please note, Express Shipping does not mean, express processing & baking 😉. 
We also recommend not selecting BobBox, as they have the longest lead times.

You have 7 days from your first collection email to collect your box.

This ensures optimal freshness and the best cookie experience 🍪

Uncollected boxes will be donated, and unfortunately no refunds can be issued.

❄️ STORAGE TIP

If your box arrives earlier than expected, simply pop it into the freezer.

Take it out one day before enjoying, let it defrost in a cool space… and enjoy 🩵🍪

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!
