If your box arrives sooner than expected, simply place it in the freezer.
Remove it one day before Christmas, keep it in a cool room, and enjoy.

Pre-Order Dispatch Dates

Our Christmas Box is pre-order only.
Courier dispatch will take place during:

• 8–12 December

• 15–19 December

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been collected by the courier.

Please note: couriers experience high volumes during the festive period, which may result in delays — especially in grey or outlying areas. For the most reliable delivery, we recommend selecting Express Courier.

Pick-Up Dates (Durbanville Warehouse)

If you selected collection, your box will be ready on:

• 12–13 December

• 19–20 December

Your order will be ready on the days you’ve chosen at the warehouse based in Durbanville. Should you need it on another day within the week selected, please contact [email protected]

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!

When will my Christmas Box ship?

We ship in two batches: 8–12 Dec and 15–19 Dec. Please note, we ship according to the area where you live. We start with outlying areas and move closer to Cape Town in priority.

When can I collect?

Pick-up at our Durbanville warehouse on 12–13 Dec or 19–20 Dec. Should you need it another day within the selected week, please contact [email protected] who will gladly try to assist where possible.

What if my box arrives early?

Freeze it! Remove 1 day before Christmas and keep it in a cool room.

Will couriers be delayed?

Possibly. Festive season is peak. For the safest option, choose Express Courier. We also recommend not using Bob Box as this might delay your delivery.

Who do I contact about delivery?

Once collected, all tracking and delivery queries must be directed to the courier. We truly know as much as you do. We will of course help where possible, but kindly ask you contact the couriers first.

It’s the silly season, and things can get a little wild out there. We kindly ask for your patience, kindness and understanding. We’ll always go above and beyond to help. Just remember… we’re human too.
