📍 PICK UP: 

Keep an eye on your emails for when your order will be ready for collection. If you have a specific date in mind, please add a note at check out under comments and we will try our best.

 

📍 PRE ORDER PICK UP: 

If you choose pre order as an option, your cookies will be ready for pick up on the 17th of April. Should you need it earlier the week, please let us know at [email protected]

 

🚚 DELIVERY: 

We bake our Cookies fresh on the day we ship them! Please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch and 1-7 business days for delivery (Postage times vary depending on your location and courier company). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the courier company collects it. Please contact them first if you have any queries. We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Please note, we use an external courier service. Unfortunately we have no control over their services. If you live in a GREY area, it does take much longer for the cookies to get to you.

(Please note that during high seasons, your order might take a little bit longer to process as we have lots of orders to get through. We really appreciate your support and patience with us!)

 

🚚 PRE ORDER DELIVERY: 

If you chose your delivery to be done in the week of the 14th, please note:

1. We will start sending out boxes for all OUTLYING AREAS on the 11th April
2. We will send out orders for all provinces except Western Cape on the 14-15 April
3. We will start sending out order for Western Cape on the 15-16 of April

Please note: we cannot guarantee delivery to happen before Easter weekend as we use a third party courier services. We will, however try our BEST. Please bear this in mind, as we work through a lot of orders.

 

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!

Please note some of our cookies contain nuts. All cookies are made in a kitchen where we work with nuts. All our cookies contain gluten.
