Orders will be shipped according to your location:

• Outlying areas: 30 April (due to public holiday)
• Gauteng & all provinces (excluding Western Cape): 4–6 May
• Western Cape: 5–7 May

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received 🫶

Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for processing
• 1–5 business days for courier delivery

👉 While we will always do our absolute best, we cannot guarantee delivery before Mother’s Day.

If you’re feeling anxious about timing or live in an outlying area, we recommend selecting Express Shipping.

• Delivery: 1–3 business days 🚚
• Please note: this does not speed up baking or processing 😉

👉 We also recommend not selecting BobBox, as they tend to have the longest lead times.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your parcel has been collected, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Dispatch means your parcel has been collected by the courier — not delivered.

We use external courier partners, so delivery times may vary — especially in outlying or grey areas. During peak periods, slight delays may occur.

• Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00

• Pop it into the freezer ❄️
• Remove one day before enjoying
• Let it defrost in a cool space

🍪 How to enjoy your Cookies: 

We bake our cookies fresh on the day we ship them! When your cookies arrive, you can enjoy them straight away, or if you prefer a warm treat, heat them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. During the summer months, we recommend storing your cookies in the fridge if you plan to eat them within 7 days. For longer storage, place them in the freezer to keep them fresh. Our cookies are designed to be gooey, packed with chocolate and delicious fillings. To maintain that perfect texture, they should not be stored in a cupboard—keep them cool!
