Inspired by one of the best gelatos we tasted in Venice. A vanilla chocolate based cookie filled with a creamy pistachio centre. Ruby chocolate as a nod to the strawberry with its zingy flavour profile makes for the perfect balance.
Pistachio Affair Cookie
Our take on the classic Italian dessert. A coffee-infused cookie loaded with white chocolate and crunchy espresso-soaked ladyfinger biscuits, filled with a creamy mascarpone-style centre. Rich, creamy and perfect for coffee lovers.
